Is TrivanaCare covered by insurance?

TrivanaCare is currently a cash-pay service. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds where permitted. We can provide a visit summary upon request that you may submit to your insurer, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

What happens if I don’t use all visits in my subscription?

Subscription plans are billed monthly and include a set number of visits within that period. Unused visits do not roll over, but you can adjust or cancel your plan before your next billing cycle.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

We do not charge hidden fees. If a service may result in an additional cost (for example, certain labs, letters, or extended documentation), we will display that clearly before you confirm.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can request cancellation before your next renewal date. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you may continue to use included services during that time.
